The artist retains the right to refuse any commission they don't feel comfortable doing (commissions that contain nsfw, kinks, toxic or underage shipps, bullying content...)

The artist doesn't accept nsfw commissions.

The cost of a commission can be discussed between the artist and the customer before deciding a price;

Payment is after I give you a sketch, to make sure the costumer is satisfied;

Additional payment may be required if the artwork requires many revisions/changes, you will be notified if any changes would require payment before they are made.

Commissions cancelled by the customer before they have been started are entitled to a 100% refund;

Commissions cancelled by the customer after the first sketch are entitled to a 50% refund.

Commissions cancelled by the artist through no fault of the customer are entitled to a 100% refund;

Commissions cancelled by the artist due to issues with the customer are not entitled to a fixed refund and will depend upon the situation.

You will receive the initial sketch for review within 2 days of payment;

You will receive further work in progress updates as the commission is worked on;

The final piece will be delivered to you within 2 days of the initial sketch being approved;

Estimated completion time for commissions is currently within 4 days from payment;

All artwork is digital and will be delivered as a digital file (there is no physical product).

The artist retains all rights to the artwork for display, reproduction, print, and sale purposes unless previously discussed and agreed between the artist and the customer;

The artist can keep commissions private up to a certain date (if they are a gift);

The artist will not reproduce and sell prints of the artwork without the commissioner's consent;

The customer is permitted to upload the art to their online accounts, providing the art is credited and tagged back to the artist;

Alterations to the artwork, besides resizing for use as icons/banners, is not permitted - if you would like changes to the artwork, please get in contact and I'll be happy to help;

The customer is not allowed to profit from, or resell the artwork, it is for private use only - unless discussed and agreed with the artist.
